1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
✔ Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened beauty products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

4. How to Initiate a Return

2️⃣ Ship the item back to our return address.
3️⃣ Once received and approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
